Calin is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law (2013) and a member of the Bar of Bucharest (2017).

He has joined our growing insolvency practice, based on experience he acquired in the insolvency field during his internship years.

Calin interned with the Law Office of Adorian Bina, where he was constantly exposed to legal research activities and support legal assistance in various fields of the business law spectrum, including formation and legal management of business organizations, foreclosure procedures, advisors’ liability and insolvency.

He aspires to advance his legal education in new fields such as intellectual property and technology law and to acquire an in-depth specialization in insolvency law.
